What should I bring to my appointment?
Be sure to bring the following 5 things to your Sublime Style appointment:
Budget parameters.
Pictures of dresses.
Bridal accessories and shoes (if you have them).
Proper undergarments (remember, you’ll be changing in front of a stranger; if you plan on wearing Spanx or a strapless bra, please bring them)
Most importantly, an open mind! Don’t be surprised if you find “the dress” on your first visit to Sublime Style.
How do I make an appointment?

Can I cancel my appointment?
Yes! But, please cancel by clicking on the link you were sent on email from SUBLIME Bridal Style, Stockholm, Vasastan - Bokadirekt 48 hrs ahead of time.
A fee will be charged for no show.
How many guests am I allowed to bring?
We can only allow entry to the bride plus 3 guests. You will have the entire store to yourselves during the fitting.
It is a cosy store, and only has space for 3. We do have glasses for bubbles if you wish to bring champagne. We ask you respect the store and do not put feet on furniture.
How long is my appointment?
Dress appointments are 1.5 hours for the first fitting. Second fitting to buy your dress is 45 minutes. Accessories-only appointments are 30 minutes. Check on Bokadirekt.
Can I complete my entire look in one appointment?
Absolutely! Not only can you find a dress on your first visit to Sublime Style, but you can also find all of your bridal accessories, veil or headpiece, jewellery, and more!
Will my dress arrive on time?
You should not be worried about your dress arriving on time. At this time, we are not experiencing any delays or issues. Our team is on the case daily with all of our manufacturers and will notify you immediately should there be any changes.
When to shop for accessories?
We have a big selection of veils not all on our webpage. We also sell the veils in-store, with no order time. Special-order designer veils and headpieces have a 3-6 month lead time, so making a decision at the time you order your dress is advised.
I didn’t purchase a Sublime Style dress. Can I still buy accessories from Sublime Style?
Yes. Feel free to bring a swatch or photo of your dress and we will help you find the perfect accessory.
Tailoring and after purchase:
My dress is fantastic but I need to shorten or make adjustments?
Yes. We work with a very good tailor with 40 years experience. He can assist with changes and adjustments.
Is the tailoring fee included?
No. Tailoring is separate from your dress and accessories price and you will pay him separately from Sublime Style AB.
How long does tailoring take and the process?
You need to have your shoes ready for the process of shortening the gown to start. You will go three times to the tailor, we accompany you the first time. The process timeline will depend on your dress and what you need adjusting/ changed. You can discuss timelines with the tailor.
May I use my own tailor?
Absolutely, if you want to use your own tailor please go ahead. No questions asked.
Payments
How do I pay for my dress?
We accept all major credit cards, American Express, MasterCard, and Visa, or Swish. If you are ordering a dress, we require a NON-REFUNDABLE 40% payment at the time you order. When the dress arrives at Sublime Style and passes our quality control check, we’ll contact you to let you know and to schedule a fitting. At that point, we require payment of the remaining 60% balance. If you are buying a sample gown off the rack, we require 100% payment and you must take the dress home with you that day. If you’ve requested that we ship your gown, your balance must be paid for in full before it can be shipped.
Will I pay VAT/MOMS on my dress?
VAT/MOMS applies to all Sublime Style merchandise and is included in the price tag.
Do I have to pay for my dress in full?
Sublime Style requires a NON-REFUNDABLE 40% payment on your dress at the time you place the order. 60% on dress arrival.
Sale items must be paid 100% in full on date of purchase.
Can l cancel an order?
Cancellation of order we unfortunately can’t refund the 40% order placement fee.
Rush Order
How much will a rush order cost?
A rush fee varies by designer, style and wedding date.
Around 1400SEK.
HELP! Getting married soon, are there ready to wear dresses?
No, it’s not too late, but every second counts! Your options include buying one of our samples off the rack or working with a stylist to determine which designers can meet your time frame for a “special order” gown, which could include an additional rush charge. The sample dresses in store might be an option.
What is a rush order?
If your wedding date is sooner than the time we typically need to have a special-order designer gown made, we’ll need to consult with the designer and place a “rush” order, for an additional fee. In this instance, your dress may arrive close to your wedding and details will be outlined by our team.
Storage
Can I store my dress pre wedding at your store?
Yes, upto 3 months, we will keep your beautiful gown /dress at our store, there after we charge a fee for storage. Ask your shop assistant.
When should I clean my gown?
As soon after the wedding as possible, as stains cause damage to fabric over time.
How should I store the gown after my wedding?
After the wedding, do not put your gown on a hanger or in a plastic bag. Keep it in a dark, dry place, folded or rolled in a clean white sheet. Hanging is not recommended as it can cause stress to the fabric and create distortion. Do not store your gown in a plastic garment bag because it may yellow the fabric.
